Salesforce Solution Expert

Customer service is changing fast: more channels, more automation, higher expectations. Our Salesforce Solution Experts design and build the systems that make it work. They translate business and technical realities into smarter, scalable service solutions that people actually use. To them, friction is an opportunity, not a flaw.

Do you enjoy building on Salesforce Service Cloud, focusing on automation & AI?

Are you practically ‘customer-obsessed’ and keen to work directly with clients in short, iterative cycles?

Ready to take on real ownership in a small, expert team with Cronos backing?

More about you

When we picture you, we’re thinking of someone passionate and creative with +- 3 years of experience with Salesforce Service Cloud. That’s how you’ve gained a truly pragmatic mindset: you deliver value through short feedback loops. Strong communication skills? That’s you, you’re honest, transparent, and structured. You’re also analytical and independent by nature, with a focus on feasibility and impact.

What else would be great:

  • Familiarity with telephony platforms (AWS Connect, Genesys, Luware…).
  • Bonus points for knowing your way around AI or chatbot implementations.
  • It's necessary to fluently speak English and Dutch (French is a plus, not a must).

What you’ll be doing at Codux

The core of your work will be collaboration. With analysts, developers, and clients, and always with the delivery of real value at the back of your head. That’s why you build smart and scalable solutions on Salesforce Service Cloud, of course. Your job is to design end-to-end service journeys across channels, voice, and automation.

And there’s more:

  • You’ll identify improvement opportunities and drive iterative enhancements.
  • You’ll balance business needs, technical constraints, and best practices.
  • Experience with Apex is a strong asset from time to time.

As a Salesforce Developer, I'm helping clients boost their customer service efficiency and creativity through automation and innovation.
